1、hate to do：hate to do意思是不喜歡做某件事，討厭做某件事，實際上指的是一個具體的單次。

2、hate doing：hate doing意思是對某種行為的厭惡，不喜歡某種行為，屬于反復性、經常性動作。

二、用法不同

1、hate to do：“hate to do”中的“hate”后面常跟動詞不定式，動詞不定式后面再跟某個特定的動作或一次性動作。to do往往指的是一次或者少數(shù)。

2、hate doing：hate doing后面跟的是動名詞，Doing有經常和反復的意思。
